If Mike is not creating some new sublime culinary foodstuff, relishing in his horrible golf game or at an arcade fending off a horde of zombies with his nine-year-old son he is listening to Gwar, neck deep in some creative exploration, and If you happen to call him at that time do not be surprised if he answers the phone with some crazy accent, off in a foreign land finding inspiration—so long as he is not already working on a project. In 1988 Mike began his creative journey musing to his father playing guitar and collaborating with other artists. When Mike was fourteen, he discovered his passion for playing percussion, and shortly after was found busking with friends on the streets of Mountain View California. He eventually ventured into digital design and found his love of music and design came together with motion design and has been creating cool stuff ever since.
Mike is as jovial as he is inquisitive, and makes for a warm, refreshing, and creative person that is hard not to enjoy as he pours his seemingly endless optimism into his family, friends, and work.
